RIC “Ambitious Gabrovo” seeks to recruit an Expert – Head of the Work Package “Funding Search Support” to carry out activities under funding contract No BG16RFPR002-1.002-0001 under the Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation 2021-2027 programme under the procedure “Funding of European Digital Innovation Hubs selected by the European Commission with the Seal of Excellence”.

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Economics or Finance
– Computer literacy
– Driver’s licence, category “B”
– Excellent command of English
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Ability to work in a team
– Previous experience in a position requiring team organization and coordination – minimum 5 years
– Previous experience working on European and national projects
– Experience in preparing funding projects and business plans
– Experience in building educational programmes towards, seeking funding

Main responsibilities:

– Coordination of activities between the project manager, the experts involved in the implementation of the work package activities and the experts of the partner organisations involved in the implementation of the work package activities
– Ensuring that the timetables and deadlines of the Work Package “Support for funding search” are met
– Establishing links with funding bodies
– Active participation in the delivery of project services
– Participation in the development of a structured database of SME financing opportunities
– Developing an educational programme towards seeking finance
– Participation as a speaker in the provision of educational services to SMEs

Duration and type of contract:

– fixed-term contract with on-site or remote working.
