Open Position: Software Development Expert – Artificial Intelligence

RIC “Ambitious Gabrovo”

In connection with the implementation of project BG16RFPR002-1.002-0001-С01 “Accelerated Digitalization for SMEs in the North Central Region through the Establishment and Development of an EDIH”, funded by the Operational Programme “Research, Innovation and Digitalization for Smart Transformation” 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

Announces a staff selection procedure

for the position of Software Development Expert with an AI (Artificial Intelligence) profile – 1 position.

Main requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or student at an advanced stage of study in Software Engineering, Informatics, or Computer Science
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license, category “B”
  • Very good knowledge of RESTful API and Git
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in software development (full-stack)

Additional requirements considered an advantage:

  • Practical experience with machine learning / neural networks / LLMs

Main duties and responsibilities of the position:

  • Design, development, and maintenance of software solutions applying artificial intelligence in support of SMEs in the region
  • Building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with databases for the needs of the project
  • Collaboration with the development team, partner organizations, and experts in the field of digital technologies and artificial intelligence
  • Monitoring the latest developments and trends in the AI ecosystem and modern software architectures and integrating them into the project work

Duration and type of contract: fixed-term full-time employment contract – 8 hours per day with on-site work in the city of Gabrovo, starting 01.05.2026.

Във връзка с изпълнение проект  BG16RFPR002-1.002-0001-С01 „Ускорена дигитализация за МСП в СЦР чрез създаване и развитие на ЕЦИХ“, финансиран от Оперативна програма „Научни изследвания, иновации и дигитализация за интелигентна трансформация“ 2021 – 2027 г., съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Европейския фонд за регионално развитие.

Обявява процедура за подбор на персонал

за длъжността Експерт софтуерна разработка с профил ИИ (изкуствен интелект) – 1 брой.

Основни изисквания за заемане на длъжността:

  • Бакалавърска степен или студент в напреднал етап на обучение по Софтуерно инженерство, Информатика или Компютърни науки
  • Отлична компютърна грамотност;
  • Наличие на шофьорска книжка, кат „B“;
  • Много добри познания по RESTful API и Git
  • Отлични комуникативни и организационни умения;
  • Умение за работа в екип;
  • Минимум 6 месеца професионален опит в разработка на софтуер (full-stack)

Допълнителни изисквания, които се считат за предимство

  • Практически опит с машинно обучение/невронни мрежи/LLM

Основни задължения и отговорности на длъжността:

  • Проектиране, разработка и поддръжка на софтуерни решения с приложение на изкуствен интелект в подкрепа на МСП от региона;
  • Изграждане и интегриране на RESTful API и работа бази данни за нуждите на проекта;
  • Сътрудничество с екипа за разработка, партньорски организации и експерти в областта на дигиталните технологии и изкуствения интелект;
  • Проследяване на новостите и тенденциите в ИИ екосистемата и съвременните софтуерни архитектури и интегрирането им в работата по проекта.

Срок и вида на договора: срочен трудов договор на пълно работно време – 8 часа на ден с работа на място в гр. Габрово 01.05.2026 г.
