Staff Exchange Between RIC “Ambitious Gabrovo” and SICINDUSTRIA: Strengthening SME Support

As part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) initiative, a successful staff exchange took place between the Regional Innovation Center “Ambitious Gabrovo” from Gabrovo, Bulgaria, and SICINDUSTRIA from Palermo, Sicily. The event, hosted by SICINDUSTRIA at their Palermo office, aimed to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and strengthen the network’s ability to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

During the exchange, both organizations shared valuable insights about their client portfolios, membership in various international and regional organizations, and the services they offer to SMEs. This included discussions on the role of these memberships in providing enhanced opportunities for local businesses, such as access to new markets, innovative technologies, and potential partnerships.

In addition to exchanging information, the two EEN partners shared best practices for supporting SMEs, particularly in areas like innovation, internationalization, and capacity building. Both organizations expressed a strong commitment to continue collaborating in the future, further leveraging the EEN platform to drive growth and innovation for SMEs across Europe.
