A message from Prof. Alexandrov regarding the new business-oriented profiles in Technical University – Gabrovo starting this year:
Technical University of Gabrovo is an educational and scientific center with over 58 years of history, which offers quality learning in modern broad-based bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in the field of engineering and technology.
As a higher education institution, we strive to bring the learning process closer to the practical environment in order to support the future professional realization of our students. For the academic year 2022-2023, Technical University – Gabrovo, together with business, offers business-oriented courses for students of the “Computer Technologies in Mechanical Engineering” profile.
The application and admission of students is in accordance with the Regulations for the admission of students at the Technical University – Gabrovo. The admission of students is based on a state exam for candidates who completed secondary education after 2008, and for the rest of the candidates, a student entrance exam (test) is held (option for mathematics, general technical training, Bulgarian language and literature, geography).
The modules (type and schedule) and the duration of the courses meet the curriculum for the relevant profile and the requirements of the Higher Education Act. The duration of study for the students of the “Bachelor” degree is 4 years (8 semesters).
