The procedure is funded by the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation under the &#8220;Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises&#8221; Programme 2021\u20132027 (CIEP) and is aimed at enterprises operating in the territory of Local Action Groups (LAGs) with approved Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) strategies that include complementary funding under CIEP.<\/p>\n<p>The total budget of the procedure is nearly <strong>EUR 20 million<\/strong>, allocated among enterprises from the territories of 51 local action groups across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u041f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043c\u0435\u0442 \u043d\u0430 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0446\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0440\u0430\u0442\u0430<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main objective is to provide support to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the implementation of innovations based on new or improved products and\/or business processes. The aim is to increase the innovation activity and competitiveness of local enterprises, with priority given to projects for implementing smart solutions and products oriented towards new technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amount of Grant Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum amount:<\/strong> EUR 15,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum amount:<\/strong> up to EUR 102,500<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-financing intensity:<\/strong> up to 75% of the total project value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0414\u043e\u043f\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043c\u0438 \u043a\u0430\u043d\u0434\u0438\u0434\u0430\u0442\u0438<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligible to apply are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are traders within the meaning of the Commerce Act or the Cooperatives Act;<\/li>\n<li>were registered no later than 31.12.2023;<\/li>\n<li>meet minimum revenue requirements for the period 2023\u20132025 (micro and small enterprises \u2014 at least BGN 50,000; medium-sized enterprises \u2014 at least BGN 200,000);<\/li>\n<li>operate in the territory of a LAG with an approved CLLD strategy that includes complementary funding under CIEP, and are applying for support for activities to be carried out in that territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Important note: <strong>micro-enterprises are eligible only in settlements located within urban municipalities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Territory for the Gabrovo Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Gabrovo region, the eligible territory is that of <strong>Local Action Group &#8220;Dryanovo \u2013 Tryavna \u2013 in the Heart of the Balkan&#8221;<\/strong>, covering the municipalities of Dryanovo and Tryavna, with an approved CLLD strategy for the 2023\u20132027 programming period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Periods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two separate application windows are envisaged:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First window:<\/strong> until 16:30 on 14.09.2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Second window:<\/strong> from 14.01.2027 to 15.03.2027<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be submitted entirely electronically, through the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds (ISUN 2020):<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/eumis2020.government.bg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/eumis2020.government.bg<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The full set of application guidelines, requirements and document templates is published on the website of the &#8220;Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises&#8221; Programme:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/pkip.egov.bg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/pkip.egov.bg<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommendation for Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enterprises wishing to apply under this procedure are advised to contact the team of the relevant Local Action Group in advance (for the Gabrovo region \u2014 LAG &#8220;Dryanovo \u2013 Tryavna \u2013 in the Heart of the Balkan&#8221;) in order to obtain up-to-date information on the applicable measures, the priorities of the CLLD strategy for the respective territory, and the available budget under the complementary CIEP funding.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Open Call for Proposals &#8220;Implementation of Innovations in SMEs in the Territory of Local Action Groups (LAGs)&#8221; (BG16RFPR001-1.011) General Information about the Procedure On July 10, 2026, the call for proposals &#8220;Implementation of Innovations in SMEs in the Territory of Local Action Groups (LAGs)&#8221; was opened for applications, with reference number BG16RFPR001-1.011.
