The intelligent assistant was developed as part of the <strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"338\">Test-Before-Invest service<\/strong> provided by the <strong data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"405\">European Digital Innovation Hub AI-EDIH (EDIH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"826\">The chatbot has been created to help citizens obtain information about the <strong data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"549\">administrative services offered by the Municipality of Gabrovo<\/strong> and to make access to useful and up-to-date information related to municipal activities easier. In addition to topics related to services and administrative procedures, the assistant can also answer questions about <strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"825\">events, weather, and other publicly relevant information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"1165\">The technological solution is based on <strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"931\">Google\u2019s latest generation large language model \u2013 Gemini 3.0<\/strong> and uses modern AI technologies for <strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1017\">natural language processing and understanding<\/strong>. This allows citizens to ask questions in a simple and intuitive way, without needing to manually search through different sections of the website.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1170\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"lorh3r\" data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1226\">What Are AI-Based Assistants and How Do They Help?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1450\">Chatbots are intelligent software assistants that communicate with users in a <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1339\">natural conversational format<\/strong>. The assistant will be gradually upgraded and improved. New information will be added, algorithms and models will be refined, and the system will evolve based on <strong data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2247\">user feedback<\/strong>. The testing period will help optimize its performance and improve the quality of the responses provided.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2760\">The development of the AI chatbot for the Municipality of Gabrovo is part of the broader activities of <strong data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2469\">AI-EDIH<\/strong>, which aims to implement <strong data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2549\">intelligent digital solutions in the public sector<\/strong>.
