The event was organized by the Regional Innovation Center \u2013 Gabrovo and aimed to prepare the teams for effective collaboration with innovative SMEs and public organizations in the region.<\/p>\n<p>? <strong>Training Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the session, the one-stop shop teams were introduced to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The core responsibilities of one-stop shops and their role as regional coordinators;<\/li>\n<li>The service delivery process \u2013 from eligibility check, service selection, and contract signing to digital maturity assessment using the Open DMAT tool;<\/li>\n<li>The eligibility criteria for enterprises and public organizations;<\/li>\n<li>The target client profile \u2013 SMEs with innovation potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>? <strong>Presented Equipment and Laboratories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The training also showcased the infrastructure of the EDIH, which includes the following laboratories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AI in Manufacturing &#8211; CNC lathes, 5-axis machining centers, profilometer, industrial robot, AI demonstration line;<\/li>\n<li>3D Printing Laboratory &#8211; laboratory extruder, climate chamber, 3D printer (in delivery);<\/li>\n<li>Environmental Laboratory &#8211; test printer with UV dryer, spectrophotometer and environmental test chamber;<\/li>\n<li>Digital Twin &amp; VR Laboratory &#8211; high-performance computers and VR headsets for simulation and training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>? <strong>Services for Businesses and Public Organizations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EDIH offers the following support to innovative SMEs and public sector organizations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to equipment and laboratories for testing and validating innovations;<\/li>\n<li>Training programs \u2013 both theoretical and hands-on, in real production environments;<\/li>\n<li>Support for funding access and partnerships;<\/li>\n<li>Consulting and digital maturity assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We thank all participants for their active engagement and commitment.
