These initiatives are designed to be inclusive, open, transparent, and non-discriminatory, with a primary focus on supporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and small-midcaps<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public sector organizations engaged in non-economic activities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The efforts described aim to create a supportive policy environment and practical tools that empower these target groups to navigate and thrive in the evolving digital landscape. The report highlights achievements in talent management, digital skills development, and innovation training, all contributing to a more resilient and future-ready workforce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Talent Management Support<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>During this period, the project team made substantial progress in establishing a structured approach to digital talent management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Implementation Model<\/strong>: A comprehensive, step-by-step model was developed to guide the execution of digital talent audits, ensuring consistency and scalability across different organizations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expert Recruitment Criteria<\/strong>: Clear requirements were defined for selecting digital experts, focusing on qualifications, experience in digital transformation, and familiarity with audit methodologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Target Organizations<\/strong>: A preliminary list of approximately 20 organizations was compiled for conducting pilot digital talent audits, selected based on sector diversity and readiness for digital transformation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audit Tools<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>A detailed\u00a0<strong>questionnaire<\/strong>\u00a0was created to assess digital competencies, organizational culture, and readiness for digital innovation.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>model for evaluating and analyzing audit results<\/strong>\u00a0was developed to ensure objective and actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>report template<\/strong>\u00a0was designed to standardize the presentation of audit findings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital Platform<\/strong>: An online application was launched to facilitate the digital talent assessment process. The platform allows for remote participation, automated data collection, and real-time analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access the tool<\/strong>:\u00a0https:\/\/umeniya-ai-insights.vercel.app\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expert Team<\/strong>: Five digital experts were successfully recruited and onboarded to conduct the audits, ensuring a diverse mix of skills and perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Digital Skills Training<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To address the growing need for digital literacy and upskilling, several short-term training modules were developed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AI-Focused Modules<\/strong>:\n<ol>\n<li><em>Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Introduction to AI concepts, history, and applications.<\/li>\n<li><em>Introduction to AI for Adults<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Tailored for adult learners with no prior technical background.<\/li>\n<li><em>AI for Business Users<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Focused on practical applications of AI in business decision-making.<\/li>\n<li><em>HR Management Using AI<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Exploring AI tools for recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supporting Materials<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Each module includes\u00a0<strong>annotations<\/strong>\u00a0outlining learning objectives, key topics, and expected outcomes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Document templates<\/strong>\u00a0were prepared to support the organization and delivery of training sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Innovation and Emerging Technologies Training<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To foster a culture of innovation and prepare participants for Industry 4.0, additional training modules were created:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Creative and Strategic Thinking<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><em>Systematic Inventive Thinking<\/em>\u2013 Techniques for structured innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><em>Design Thinking<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 User-centered problem-solving methodology.<\/li>\n<li><em>Generating Innovative Ideas<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Tools and exercises to stimulate creativity.<\/li>\n<li><em>Growth Hacking<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Strategies for rapid business growth using digital tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry 4.0 Technologies<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><em>Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)<\/em>\u2013 Integration of smart devices in industrial settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><em>Predictive and Preventive Maintenance<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Using data analytics to anticipate equipment failures.<\/li>\n<li><em>Big Data<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Methods for collecting and storing large datasets for future analysis.<\/li>\n<li><em>Digital Twins<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Virtual replicas of physical systems for simulation and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li><em>Hands-on Training in XR Technologies<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Practical sessions on virtual, augmented, and mixed reality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Training Support<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Each module is accompanied by\u00a0<strong>annotations<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>implementation templates<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure effective delivery and learner engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project is funded by the\u00a0<em data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"649\">Programme \u201cResearch, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation\u201d 2021\u20132027<\/em>, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
